NaisBrain is a leading-edge technological amalgamation dedicated to tackling neurological challenges head-on. We conduct thorough analyses of issues identified by clinicians in patient treatment, carefully scrutinizing current protocols for efficacy and areas of improvement. Our team collaborates closely with esteemed experts to devise technical solutions, whether they entail enhancements to existing protocols or the development of groundbreaking treatments and devices. Proposed solutions undergo meticulous scrutiny, including rigorous discussions, proof of concept validation, prototype development, comprehensive clinical trials, and eventual market deployment facilitated by strategic partnerships with esteemed institutions and hospitals.

Deliver the best to most with the least expense.
Our goal is to harness technology to solve medical challenges and enhance patient care, while also offering affordable technical solutions and implants.
A distinguished Professor of Neurosurgery recognized as both an innovator and visionary in the field. Trained at Christian Medical College, Vellore, Dr. Baldia spearheads pioneering research efforts, boasting an extensive portfolio of publications, patented neuroscience technologies, and successfully commercialized innovations. Notably, his contributions include the development of affordable 3D-printed cranial implants.
Our team of experts specializes in crafting innovative Polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) cranioplasty flaps using state-of-the-art 3D design techniques. Our solutions are not only affordable but also offer impeccable fit and strength. Rigorously tested and renowned both nationally and internationally, our techniques prioritize quality while simultaneously lowering costs to ensure broader patient accessibility.
Backed by extensive research studies, our PMMA cranioplasty technique not only provides mechanical protection but also demonstrates improved functional outcomes.
Expertise in various moulding techniques, including 3D PMMA customization with solid (PLA) or flexible (Silicon) materials, allowing for tailored solutions.
Utilizing advanced 3D design techniques to enhance the quality of Polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) cranioplasty flaps.
Our team of experts boasts national and international reputations, with extensively tested and widely used PMMA cranioplasty flaps providing optimal fit and strength.
Developing cost-efficient methodologies without compromising on quality, making cranioplasty more accessible to diverse patient groups.

Share a 0.8mm thin-section brain CT scan via email. Get your custom flap design in one week, doctor-approved. Our rapid 3D printing ensures a ready-to-fix flap in two weeks, verified on a 3D patient skull model.

The flap will be of the same thickness of the model provided. Multiple holes will be created over the flap in order to prevent extradural collection of blood/serous fluid. Additional flanges can be provided on the flap on request to prevent sinking of flap in case fixatures fail.

The flap will be delivered unsterilized. It needs to be sterilized before surgery. It can be either gas sterilized with ethylene oxide or can be placed in STERRAD (a hydrogen peroxide vapor and low-temperature gas plasma sterilization method).
